In relation to Asian workers, Romanian law applies both in terms of salary level, working time and rest periods, employment conditions for pregnant women and in terms of ensuring health and safety at work, defense measures against fires.
Particular attention will have to be paid to discrimination in the workplace, especially in the case of foreign staff.
