Which are the steps of the Asian workforce recruitment service?
First step is represented by negotiation and signing the providing services and Asian workforce placement contract.
In order to identify the right candidates, together we will establish the number of people and their specialization, as well as a profile that includes the age, necessary experience, known foreign languages, eventual recommendations and other important particularities for your activity.
Together with our local partners we initially select those candidates that correspond with the selected profile. After, we show our clients the CV’s and make a selection. You have the possibility to get recordings with the practical test of each future employee and interview yourself via Skype.
During this stage it is necessary to prepare the formalities for hiring the selected candidates: job description, employment contract.
On behalf of your company, the ASIA WORK POWER team takes care of obtaining all the necessary documents to prepare the immigration file and submit it to the Romanian Immigration Office in order to obtain the work permit.
This stage involves the correspondence with the institution of the state from which the candidate comes and the completion of the necessary formalities (it can take up to 45 days);
The last stage aims at the arrival of the new employees in Romania and obtaining the permit that will offer them the right of temporary residence. Later, we offer you support for a better integration in the company.
